The smartSpatula® is an economical, single-use spatula and stirrer with a double-ended design. The hollow core minimizes heat transfer, eliminating the need for cumbersome mitts when stirring. They are shatterproof, even when used with liquid nitrogen, and resistant to dilute acids and bases. Made of 100% pure virgin polypropylene, they are FDA sanctioned for contact with food. Autoclavable. The standard version has a spoon end that can fit into a tube as small as 15 ml and a scoop end that fits into a 0.5 ml tube. 8.3 x .3 in. / 210 x 7 mm.
